JUNIOR HAMPEX
How to enter the Junior's Competition
-
Competitors are asked to submit stamps on pages
from their own collection, written up in order
to show their interests (Single country, Theme
or a Story). A suitable Title is to be chosen
for the Entry. Entries must be submitted by
10th October 2006.
The competition is not restricted to young
people living in Hampshire.
- The number of pages to be entered are as
follows:
- 2 pages - up to 8 years
- 4 pages - up to 12 years
- 8 pages - over 12 years

The pages are to be white A4 size (297mm x
210mm approx.) or a standard album page.
Only one side is to be used and the page must
not be folded. A minimum of 6 stamps and or
covers / Mini sheets etc., either mint or used,
should be properly mounted on each page, which
must be displayed in portrait orientation.
Writing / printing must be in ink or ball-point
although pencil may be used by the younger age
group only.
- On the back of the last page of the entry,
below the stamps so as not to damage them, write
the following information:
- Name, address and age of entrant - and name
of school or club,
- Signature of parent/sponsor (teacher, group
leader etc.) to confirm that the entry is
unaided effort.
The initials of the entrant must also be
written on the back of each page, and pages must
be numbered on the front, in order, from 1.
- Pages should be in plastic protectors to
prevent damage to the stamps.
- Competition entries must be submitted to:

The entries will be judged prior to HAMPEX.
- The entries will be displayed at HAMPEX
which is to be held at:
- Wickham Community
Centre, Mill Lane, Wickham, FAREHAM, PO17 5AL,
Hampshire (Off A32)
- on 14th October 2006 from 10a.m. to 4p.m.
- Prizes will be awarded for each age group
